- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- Oil for frying or 2 tablespoons oil for pan-frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 –3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
For the Bowl:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- Green onions for garnish
Prepare the chicken:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
