Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

Preheat grill or oven:

  • Grill: Heat to medium (about 375°F / 190°C).
  • Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the chicken:

  • Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the chicken:

  • Grill method: Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side.
  • Oven method: Bake for 25–30 minutes.

Add BBQ sauce:
