- 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen, lightly steamed
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup (or homemade substitute)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs optional topping
- 2 tbsp melted butter if using crumb topping
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
