- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs or panko
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
