Ingredients
  

  • cups cooked shredded or diced chicken breast
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise optional, for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped grapes or apples optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  • Add the chicken, celery, red onion, and grapes or apples (if using).
  • Gently stir until everything is well coated.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Fold in fresh herbs if using.
  • Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Serve on whole-grain bread, in lettuce wraps, or over mixed greens.
