- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin optional, for added sweetness
- 1 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds optional garnish
