Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup orange juice or milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, to taste

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of spinach for extra nutrients

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
