- 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and well-drained
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the thawed spinach and roughly chop it.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Fold in the spinach until evenly distributed.
