  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: crumbled feta sliced cucumbers, or avocado

Instructions

  • Assemble salad: In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, and basil.
