- 1½ lbs baby potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes diced
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or rosemary optional
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3 minutes.
Wash and dry potatoes, then cut into evenly sized cubes.
