Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Wash and scrub sweet potatoes well. Pat dry.
  • Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  • Rub lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Place directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until fork-tender.
