Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or sliced (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup corn kernels optional, canned or grilled
  • ¼ cup black beans optional
  • Tortilla chips or jalapeños for crunch optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • If you are using cooked chicken (eg grilled, roasted, or rotisary), cut or dice it. Add it to a bowl and mix it with BBQ sauce until even coated.

Prep the Fillings

  • While the chicken BBQ soaks the taste, cuts its vegetables-cut the dice, chop the tomatoess prepare thin slices onions, and any optional ad-in.
  • Warm the Tortillas
  • Microwing the tortillas for 10-15 seconds or heat them in a dry pan for a few seconds per side. This makes them more viable and easy to roll.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat and add the following in a line down the center:
  • 1/2 cup bbquue chicken
  • Farm dressing drizzle
  • A handful of chopped latas
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • shredded cheese
  • You like any optional topping

Roll It Up

  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly wrapped from bottom to top. If you are packing them for lunch, wrap them in foil or parchment paper to keep them together.

(Optional): Grill the Wrap

  • To finish a restaurant-style, wrap in a pan or panini grill until the golden brown and slightly crisp.
