Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup onion chopped (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the potatoes:

  • Peel and dice potatoes into small, even cubes.
  • Rinse under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.

Heat the pan:
